    These women are hot! They can darn a thread and needle into a work of art, each and every one of them. No, they're not making sweaters, especially in this summer heat. Come see for yourself what they're dreaming up. Join us for our First Friday regular opening, from 5-8pm to meet all the artists. Keeping us cool in the AC, we've got the smooth sounds of Herb Smith and summer refreshments. If you can't make it, the Threads show continues through August 31st.

    "FiredWorks" Show opens July 4th and continues through July 27. Clay Sculptures by Barbara Kobylinska & her students; Fred Freeman, Diane Jacobson, Gerri Kennedy, Karen McLemore, Judy Nelligar, and Bonnie Sutor.
    A very special class project for the 4th of July! Sculptures and totems for your home and garden. Start your evening off at our party!!!! As always, we've got fresh art and live music with our own local guitarist, Herb Smith. Meet the Artists 5pm until 9pm - then we'll all go to the fireworks on the waterfront. Kaboom!

    Showcasing some fun surprises, we're excited to present Anne McNally's latest work. Her oil paintings are colorful and full of movement, as she paints the simplest things like salt shakers to a vivid vase of roses so bright you swear you could smell them. Come meet the artist as we have our monthly First Friday opening (June 6, 5-8pm) to kick off the summer season. Join us for fresh art and live music with Herb Smith, in a nice airconditioned space with cold refreshments. If you can't make it, Ms. McNally's show continues through June 29th.

    Hot off the press...literally! We are so excited to announce this month's artist, John Furches; a modern-day Rembrandt in etching technique. Come join us from 5-8 to meet the artist and enjoy the bounty of his work. As always, we've got fresh art and live music with our own local guitarist, Herb Smith.
    On Feb 2 @1pm, John will show us all a demonstration of how etching is done, a hands-on experience not to be missed! (ps. he's made a plate exclusive for the VHGallery!) You won't want to miss this great show-and-tell experience!
