Howard
Johnson is a seasoned potter, holding high honors and awards
with numerous past exhibits dating back all the way to 1964. Howard
has been a busy man so to speak.

Howard was an Instructor and Professor at Norfolk State University.
During that time, he has
shown his pottery in various
exhibitions traveling from Virginia to Tennessee, including the "Collector's
Choice", Virginia Museum of Arts and Science, and "Central
South Art Exhibition" in Nashville, Tennessee. Howard
has won awards practically every year while showing his pottery
in arts
festivals across the
Tidewater area. His art is coveted in many private collections,
and will continue to impress the artist community. We are very
excited
to have Howards pottery in our Gallery collection.
